The people who work at Chips are very competent and friendly. They answered all my questions so that I could understand what work was being done. The waiting area is cozy and comfortable. On my latest visit to their shop I had to wait 5 1/2 hours before the work was done. That was not a surprise since that is simply how long that job takes. I brought my knitting and a good book and enjoyed conversation with the office manager and one of the customers. It was a good experience. I definitely recommend Chips.
