Was on 2010 Christmas vacation in Gatlinburg when I felt my SUV transmission slipping. Called Phil at 8 am for appt. Told me to be there at 8:30 same day, he took the car out for 30 minutes of testing and attached diagnostic computer afterwards. Showed me nothing was wrong, could have been the drive through the mountains. Would not accept even a cent for his work. Unbelievable service, honest and full of integrity. Thank you! God Bless.
