Our car experienced a transmission problem while we were on a getaway to Pigeon Forge. I called Chip's Sevierville location on Labor Day and although the shop was closed, I happened to reach Phil and told him my situation. He immediately put my mind at ease. When I took the car in the next day they diagnosed the problem as a failed solenoid valve and obtained a part locally right away. When the part turned out to be the wrong one (no fault of their own - the wrong part was in the box), they helped me locate a rental and arranged for another part to arrive next day. Once that part arrived the next day they had me back on the road in a little over an hour. They even gave me the failed part to show to the local dealership that does my usual service. Great service, highly recommended.
