Phil made me feel very comfortable with his kindness, and williness to correct my failed transmission while visiting Gatlinburg in October 2007. Phil ordered my part from Nissan that arrived the next day and Phil called and told me my car was ready early the next day. I have been overcharged at other places I have visited in my 70 years. I am happy to say the repair charges were very reasonable at your shop. I commend you, Phil and the entire Chip's Transmissions staff for their honest and their dedication in getting my car back so I could enjoy the next two days of our vacation. The transmission has shifted great since returning home and have put 2,400 miles on the car since we left there.
