It was a real pleasure in dealing with your shop. I read your telephone book ad and was ready to make an appointment and then a tech at Wal-Mart gave me a recommendation about you and that sealed the deal. When I went in to make the appointment with Phil, it was flexability at its best, when was good for me. Upon arrival for the transmission fluid change, you came out with the assigned tech, my truck was given a computer check, a test drive, and then on to the lift. Once on the lift the tech went bumper-to-bumper and checked everything within reason underneath before doing the fluid change all while I as watching, like the ad says, you "you will not sell anything that is not needed, and the tech even found that I had a bad belt, which was fixed during my visit. After the job was complete, my truck was driven once again and when returned to the shop the top of each fender and top of the hood where the tech touched it was wiped clean, talk about service, and a paper mat was removed from the interior (no dirty feet on the truck's mat.) Any questions I had during the servicing were answered and the price - quoted was the price paid. I fully recommend this shop, Phil and all the techs, great job. I am fully satisfied, and will do business with your again next season as my wife and I work at Dollywood. Keep the coffee pot on!
