My son-in-law recently was taken to the cleaners by a Knoxville (well established) Transmission Company for over $2,500.00 It now has been taken back three (3) times so far and we are not sure it is repaired. the original trip was for a minor leak (a seal.) When I began having a problem with my Dodge D250 transmission, you were recommended to me by City Diesel Company in Knoxville, and they spoke highly of you and CHIP'S Transmissions. I just want to let you know how I appreciate your prompt friendly service. It has been only a few days since you repaired my transmission shifting problem, but it appears to be working and shifting pretty well. Much un-like it was doing when brought to you on a AAA - wrecker on Tuesday. I have since given your name to several family members and friends and recommeded they call you at CHIP'S Transmissions before they call anyone else. Thanks again.
