The transmission in our 02 Ram lost reverse while we were in the park on Thursday evening. We found Chip's Transmissions in Sevierville on Friday morning through a Google search, they have great reviews and they deserve them too! The entire staff at Chip's Transmissions are fantastic. We live in Ohio and our transmission was totally gone on Friday while we were in Tennessee. Our departure for home was supposed on Monday, and thanks to the staff at Chip's we were on our way home on Monday. They connected us with some great rental car folks, and on Monday went out of their way to help us out with some space while they were finishing up on the repairs. If you live near or you're visiting the Great Smoky Mountains National Park area and you have transmission problems, the staff at Chip's Transmissions are most definitely the folks you can depend on to get you back on the road.
