Great folks to work with, my Ram 2500 was being worked on at a local garage for other problems and it was discovered it had transmission problems. They picked up my truck and took it to their shop to evaluate. They keep me posted on what they found and what was wrong. They gave me some options and recommendations based on my style of driving/towing and recommended going to a "bullet proof" transmission upgrade. They were great to work with and my truck has never run better and the transmission has functioned flawless. I live in Western North Carolina and while I don't expect to have issues, but I do I will make the drive back to this shop.
