My first experience with your shop was almost 7 years ago when I bought my tribute. We brought it in to have a larger transmission cooler for towing. You told us we didn't need it because Mazda put a large enough cooler in it for towing. We were impressed then. We started referring people to your shop then. We have had our transmission serviced twice--even called you from Florida when our transmission light was flashing. Your service of looking at used cars for us when we bought my daughter's car was indispensible--even though she dreaded bringing the ones she liked. After 5 cars we finally got one. We tell everyone to go to your shop. I am in real estate and I know how important referral business is. Thank you for being a shop I can refer people to without worry.
