We were vacationing from Missouri and our transmission went out. The area dealerships did not offer to help in our emergent situation. Chip's Transmissions were immediately helpful and caring. They jumped in quickly and were honest with us on the diagnosis. We had just had the same issue with our Dodge Ram 2500 less than 60 days prior and the dealer in our home town assured us it was fixed. Clearly they did not completely assess the situation. We are thankful for Chips, as they helped us and got us back on the road in time to get home. Wonderful customer service. Caring and honest. Can't thank them enough.
