Phil and the staff at chip's saved our vacation to gatlinburg. almost 500 miles from home, broke down.Phil diagnosed and explained the problem honestly,called a rental car, and jumped thru every hoop possible to make sure our escape was ready for the 500 miles back, on time and at quoted price. A+++ I WAS A TOURIST FROM NASHVILLE. MY TRANSMISSION WENT ''KUPUT'', IT WAS TOWED TO ''CHIPS''. I WAS EXPECTING THE WORST, BEING A TOURIST. I TALKED TO PHIL, AND HE GAVE ME OPTIONS, OF WHAT TO DO. HE LEFT IT UP TO ME. MY TRANSMISSION WAS ALMOST COMPLETELY REBILT AT A REASONABLE PRICE. I AM GUESSING HE PUT ME AT THE FRONT OF THE LINE, SO I COULD GET BACK HOME WITH MY FAMILY.
