While on a family vacation to the mountains we encountered transmission trouble in Gatlinburg. It was a tuesday aftenoon. I pulled off the road and started to call around for help. The first to answer the phone when I called was Phil a Chip's I explained to him what was wrong and that were on vacation from flordia and I had a 31 foot camper to pull back on saturday. To make a ling story short , on friday afternoon around 5:00pm I pulled out of Chips with a better and stronger trans than I had before. It pulled back to florida with no problems and seemed to increase my gas mileage. Thank you all at Chips you made a bad situation turn good. God bless you Keith Johnson
