Great service! They took the time to listen to what my plans were for the truck and explained what they were going to do and answered all of my questions.
I ended up having a problem with the tranny which was no fault of either party and there were no questions asked as to why ... it was just "bring it in and we'll get it fixed". It was fixed fast, too. A day and a half and I was going again. Very good for bringing it in just after noon and getting it back the next evening.
Every time I called, someone has always answered or gotten back to me fast (within 1/2 hour) and I probably called 15+ times - from setting up an appointment to having questions to minor problems to getting it picked up.
Hands down, grade A customer service ... Thank you ALL!

We moved to Sevierville one year ago. One of the most difficult decisions after moving in, was finding someone to service our car. Finding someone you can trust making decisions about things you have limited knowledge about is hard. We saw an advertisement from Chip's for an oil change and decided to go ahead with the service. From the start, everyone at Chip's was courteous. The oil change and inspection went without a hitch. The inspection pointed out an oil leak, an estimate was given, but there was no pressure to have it fixed immediately. When the time was right for us, we took our car back for the oil leak repair. I appreciated the fact that we were called with a cost for the repair when the mechanic determined what parts were needed, but before significant work was started. No surprises! The work was completed as promised, and again, the staff at Chip's was courteous from start to finish. I am not looking forward to any car problems, but I do feel we can take a problem to Chip's and get a "fair deal."

I want to thank you for living up to your slogan "We Fix It Right - Guaranteed!" I am 66 years old and have heard of many transmission companies "ripping" people off. My wife's 2002 Ford Windstar van with around 50,000 miles was giving her some problems and I took it to a Ford Dealer to identify the problem. They serviced the transmission for $140.00 and said, "if you have any more problems, we will have to tear down the transmission for around $1,400 (plus tax.) Within 1,000 miles the transmission started acting up again. I decided to find a company that has a good reputation. I asked around and 2 different people recommended "Chip's." I took the van to "Chip's" and immediatley was impressed with your (Phil) integrity! You talked with me about how you would diagnose the problem and what the solution will be. Your quote of around $900 plus tax was accurate and your work solved the problem. I am pleased to recommend Chip's Transmissions and will be happy to personally talk with anyone about your service.
