First of all I really liked the friendly service from everyone. From the minute I pulled my car in the parking lot you made me feel at home. I am a widow who knows nothing about cars, so I could have really been taken advantage of. Instead, I needed a mount that was expensive and could only get from the dealership and because it was so expensive Phil asked me to bring the car in to check and see if I would be okay without the new mount.
