While we were visiting Sevierville, we had what appeared to be a serious transmission problem. We were recommended to Chip's Transmissions" and at their advice, we allowed them to properly diagnose our problem. What we initally thought was going to be a major and expensive transmission repair turned out to be nothing more than a defective filter and the bill ended up less than 10 % of what we originally feared. We want to thank "Chip's" for their prompt and honest service. We could have easily been taken advantage of by someone of less integrity. We would recommend "Chip's" to anyone needing any kind of transmission work or service.
