On our last trip to Pigeon Forge we had some transmission trouble, we went to several mechanic shops. They all wanted us to spend over $100 to get our transmission serviced when 500 miles before it had just been done. We were unsure about having it done again and felt that something more had to be wrong for the transmission oil to be brown and burnt smelling so soon after having it serviced. So we were fortunate enough to find your shop. We were impressed with your knowledge and understanding about transmissions. We were concerned about traveling over the mountain home with our two young daughters. You reassured us that it would be fine and gave us the tools in case something were to go wrong on our way home.
