Just thought I would drop you like to say thanks once again for your prompt and courteous service during our dilemma in the Smokys. I think it speaks well of the host for so many visitors in your neck of the woods. It is trulying gratifying to know that there are places where you can suffer a major mechanical breakdown and still receive "A-1 service" without being "ripped off." The new trans is doing just fine; no detectable leaks and it shifts better than the originial one did brand new. It has changed the way the whole car drives. I may decide to keep it for several more years now. Instead of ruining our vacation, our trip to your shop turned out to be a high light of the week. Thanks again!
