You serviced my pickup truck the week of Valentine's. Your service man had the truck in the stall and working on it within 10 minutes of the appointment time and worked continuously until completed. He did the following: 1. Changed oil & filter 2. Flushed and refilled cooling system (what a mess that was) 91,000 miles/200 miles later and there is no evidence of cloudiness so we both know he did a good job! 3. Various other checks and fluid fills. He was done within 10 minutes of the time he promised and the overall price was very fair! There is no question that I will recommend you to anyone looking for fair, acurate, andf neighborly service.

I have been taking my vehicles to Chip's Transmissions in sevierville tennesse for several years, whenever I need transmission work and would not hesitate to recommend them. I recently took my 1999 Yukon there because it had an unusual skip that I thought might be the transmission slipping. It has over 100,000 miles and I had heard that GMC truck trannys were likely to go bad around that age. Phil rode around with me, listened and determined that the problem was not in the transmission. Turns out he was right, but he could easily have said that I had a transmission problem and charged me hundreds of $$$ to fix something that wasn't broken. I would have never known the difference. This level of service is hard to find these days. Do yourself a favor.
