We drove 12 hours from South Jersey to Seymour, TN. Our second day visiting our air conditioning stopped working so we came to Chip's! He tighted our belt and replaced the alternator belt, power steering, and fixed the air conditioning. Everything was so comfortable as well as professional. Thanks a bunch for guaranteeing us a safe ride home!

The bathroom was so clean! The service was super as my oil change made my car travel 900 miles to vacation and back 900 more with great gas mileage....only $150.00 round trip! It is an old '96 Honda. Your service was cheerful to boot!!!!

We got very good service. You called us & gave us the amount the services would be for the transmission. Then you road tested the car & called us back and said my car was in need of some other repairs and only running on 3 cylinders and the valve cover needed a gasket. We got an estimate for that from you. And told you to go ahead & repair it. So you fixed the transmission repair and done all the other work and we had our car back by 11 a.m. the day after we had it towed to your shop. Yes, you folks done a very good job, you are very friendly and a lot of help. Thank you!

I really appreciate all you and your guys did for me while visiting Pigeon Forge on vacation a couple of weeks ago. As you know, the van we were vacationing in is my son's wheelchair equipped conversion van, so when we lost second gear, pulling a trailer, it could have been a very big inconvenience for us. In the end, it was only a minimal diversion for me and my family, in large part, thanks to you and your staff. Phil and the guys were top notch for customer service, attention to detail, and truly seemed to care about getting the job done right. Phil even helped me to find a rental car, in another town, because there wasn't any available locally, then helped me negotiate the price with the guy! In addition he followed up after the repair just to see if we made it home okay and were still satisfied with everything. Although I was nervous being from out of town, not knowing where to get a transmission repair, and with only a very limited understanding of transmissions, apprehensive of being ripped off, I feel tht you guys went way above and beyond to deal fairly with me, make me feel comfortable, and by extension my family, about what needed to be done and how it will get done, and gave me not only a quality repair job, I got honesty, integrity and a very reasonable price. I hope that our next meeting would only be of a personal nature, (heym who wants to go into a transmission repair shop on vacation!), but if the need ever arises for me in your area again, I would not hesitate to hire you and your staff again. My son-in-law recently was taken to the cleaners by a Knoxville (well established) Transmission Company for over $2,500.00 It now has been taken back three (3) times so far and we are not sure it is repaired. the original trip was for a minor leak (a seal.) When I began having a problem with my Dodge D250 transmission, you were recommended to me by City Diesel Company in Knoxville, and they spoke highly of you and CHIP'S Transmissions. It has been only a few days since you repaired my transmission shifting problem, but it appears to be working and shifting pretty well.
