Phil and the staff at chip's saved our vacation to gatlinburg. almost 500 miles from home, broke down.Phil diagnosed and explained the problem honestly,called a rental car, and jumped thru every hoop possible to make sure our escape was ready for the 500 miles back, on time and at quoted price. My daughter and myself were vacationing in Tenn. My car started making this terrible noise. We were several hundred miles from home and I was terrified. Chip checked the car and explained what he thought was wrong. He assured me that it was safe to drive home. Just get my mechanic at home to take a look at it.
