My experience being a new customer with Chip's Transmissions was wonderful. As a sales rep that travels East Tennessee I depend on my pick up and when it breaks down, it's a killer. Basically when I don't travel it hurts my sales and my pocket book. I called Phil (in a slight panic) at Chip's and he got me in quick and reassured me "it's going to be alright." They rebuilt the Trans, and had the truck back in 3 days and best of all it runs as good as the day I bought it (no kidding.) I haven't had the professional service like that in a long time and being in sales I know good professional customer service. I just want to say to Phil and the crew at Chip's Transmissions, that I'll be back and I'm going to tell my friends if they need transmission work that Chip's is the only place they need to call.
